Merino wool is a natural material that has many positive properties.The most fundamental ones are:

1. Thermoregulation and removal of moisture from the body. This means it will warm you when you need it, but you won't overheat when it's hot or during physical exertion.

2. Antibacterial properties. Fiber is a bad environment for bacteria and therefore they do not multiply in it. Thanks to this, the wool does not smell.

Merino sheep are bred in South Africa, USA, Argentina, Uruguay and Europe. Merino wool, which comes from New Zealand and Australia, is considered the highest quality. This is due to large temperature fluctuations. In summer around 30° and in winter on the contrary up to around -30°. That is why sheep have a thick fleece with fine and thin hair (approximately 3-4 times thinner than human hair) and the wool does not bite thanks to this.
